For parents

The app your kid asked for.

A basketball training app built by a coach: a plan built around their game, every drill on film, a camera that counts their shots, and a way to get seen by college coaches.

How it works

They send a link. You unlock it from your phone.

No app for you to download and no account to make. Your card never touches their phone.

01

They tap "send to my parent"

In the app, your athlete sends you a text with their own link.

FAQ

What parents ask.

Is it safe for a 13-year-old?

Project X is 13+. The community is basketball only and moderated. On teams, parents are included in every coach-to-player conversation and can see the team chat. More on the safety page.

Will it actually make them better?

Only if they do the work. What it does is remove the guessing: they always know what to work on today, and the app counts what they did.

Does it need a gym?

A hoop and a ball for shooting and finishing. Ball-handling needs a ball and some space. Nothing else.

Can I see what they're doing?

Ask them to show you their player card and session history. Everything they log is on it.

Where do I pay?

From the link your athlete sends you. Each link is made for one athlete, so this page doesn't have a pay button. Ask them to tap "send to my parent" in the app.

How do I cancel?

If you paid from the link, cancel any time from the receipt email. If it was bought in the app, Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on the phone that bought it. Or email xcuesta@xamx.org.

"your kid asked for this, and that already says a lot. i think you'll see the work."
